Processing time: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Please note we do not dispatch orders on Public Holidays.

Customs & Import Duties:

As orders are shipped internationally from China, they may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on your country's regulations. Can I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the package is en route. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

What should I do if I received a wrong or different item?

Please contact us at info@outoftownclothings.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item received and we will resolve this for you promptly.

Important Notes

1. Please verify your shipping address before completing payment, as this is the address we will ship to.

2. In cases of force majeure (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or public health events), order processing may be delayed. We will communicate any delays to you by email as soon as possible.

3. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at info@outoftownclothings.com within 3 business days of receiving your package, with photos of the damage.

4. Due to the nature of clothing and footwear, please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect size selection.

5. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings and intimates cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
